During the third quarter of 2025, the performance of top carpooling and ridesharing apps on the Android platform in Brazil showed varied trends in downloads and active users, as reported by Sensor Tower.

Uber - Request a ride maintained a consistent weekly download rate, fluctuating around 230K to 250K. The app's active users increased steadily, peaking at about 19.8M towards the end of the quarter.

The Uber - Driver: Drive & Deliver app saw its downloads initially rise to around 88K, before declining to approximately 72K by the quarter's end. Active users followed a similar pattern, reaching over 4.1M in early September before dropping to around 3.6M.

inDrive. Rides with fair fares experienced a surge in downloads towards the end of the quarter, with a notable increase to 87K. Active users showed a fluctuating trend, ending the quarter with over 2.1M active users.

BlaBlaCar: Carpooling and Bus had a stable download rate, hovering around 60K per week. The active user base grew significantly, reaching over 2M by the end of September.

Finally, Uber Lite saw its downloads stabilize around 11K to 12K. The number of active users was relatively steady, with over 380K users in early August, tapering off to around 326K by the end of the quarter.
